Board Members

Emily Campbell, President
Emily Campbell is one of the founding members of Project Rebuild Plaquemines. She was an engineer for Plaquemines Parish Government during Hurricane Katrina and the housing director/coordinator during the recovery of Plaquemines Parish under the Rousselle administration. She is now President of Project Rebuild Plaquemines and an employee and representative of ConocoPhillips.

Bryan Molaison, Vice-President
Bryan Molaison is the Vice-President of Project Rebuild Plaquemines and an employee and representative of Devon Energy.

Joann Dusang, Treasurer
Joann Dusang is the Treasurer of Project Rebuild Plaquemines. She is a business owner and resident of Plaquemines Parish.

Victoria Jones, Secretary
Victoria Jones has been a resident of lower Plaquemines Parish for twenty-eight years. She is an oil and gas lease manager and has worked in the oil industry for sixteen years. She is an active member of her community and Saint Patrick's Catholic Church in Port Sulphur. She joined Project Rebuild Plaquemines in July of 2007 and currently serves as the secretary.

Benny Rousselle
Benny Rousselle is a life-long resident of Plaquemines and one of the founding members of Project Rebuild Plaquemines.  He was Parish President when Katrina made landfall in Plaquemines. He currently works as the Intergovernmental Affairs Coordinator for the Louisiana Department of Natural Resources.

Ron Scullin
Ron Scullin is a Board Member of Project Rebuild Plaquemines and resident of Plaquemines. He is an employee and representative of Chevron.
